The fee structure charged for this service is based on the timeline you choose to complete SORN. This choice is explained at the Payment Completion Page for you to elect. These charges may change without notice within these Terms and Conditions. The charges on the day of instructing services are those in the contract of service provision.
You undertake that all details you provide when ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit, debit, or charge card you are using is your own (or you have authority to use it) and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
SORN is a free service for vehicle owners to complete on the DVLA website https://www.gov.uk/make-a-sornwithout having to contract a paid specialist application service.
sornmycar.co.uk its Owners and digital marketing agency shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly if the Users bank declines authorisation for any transaction.
REFUND & COMPLAINTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods purchased from this Site. However, as the Service You request is completed within 14 days you acknowledge and consent that by requesting SORN Application processing that You waive Your right to cancel within the statutory 14-day period.
If for any reason You request and inform us by e mail that the SORN application processing service be cancelled a non-refundable administration fee of £20 will be withheld for the 24 hour service and £15 for other process duration services.
